Memorial Cricket Match - Bill Nicolson

Photograph 1  shows the two teams observing the minutes silence in memory of Bill Nicolson and the second shows the  team wearing the caps which were produced in memory of Bill. Bill Nicolson sadly died a few months ago after a long battle against pancreatic cancer. He was a pupil at the school leaving in 1984 and was the father of two present pupils, Jamie in Year 8 and Zoe  in Year 10. His elder sister Sue and his younger brother Steve ( who played in the cricket match) also attended the school. Bill played in this cricket team in 2012 and 2011 despite his illness.
